Hey, I’m Sahan — strength training coach and co-founder of Project Train.
I built Project Train to help people feel confident walking into the gym — no intimidation, no confusion, just clear guidance and smart training that actually works.
I’ve spent over 6 years helping beginners get stronger, move better, and stay consistent with their goals. My goal is simple: to teach you the right way to train so you can build strength, confidence, and a lifelong fitness habit that sticks.

Hi, I’m Anastasia — co-founder of Project Train and the creative mind behind everything you see here.
I’m fairly new to strength training myself, and like many people, I used to find the gym intimidating and confusing. But once I learned the right way to train — and worked on my habits, confidence, and mindset — everything changed.
Now I help bring Project Train to life through our content, design, and community — so more people can start their own journey with confidence and actually stick with it.
